How to make bark chips “melinjo”

The last post has been explained at length about the usefulnessmelinjo” fruit and skin. This time we will describe and explain how to make the chips from the fruit peel melinjo”.

first prepare ingredients in advance to make

1. Skin of the “melinjo” 3 kg
2. Cooking oil about 1 kg

1. Clean the rid of “melinjo”  with water, then soak in hot water for a moment.
2. Make by grinding garlic seasoning, salt and sugar and chili
3. Combine seasonings with skin of “melinjo” that has been washed clean
4. mix well and fry in hot oil until dry or “crispi”
5. input into the jar and serve for 3 days
These foods without preservatives, so it did not last long time.
